The 2010 Auction season begins July 21st.
We will add parcels to the mapping once they have been visited, properly identified, documented and photographed. We endeavor to have lists with detail and photos up at least 30 days prior to each auction.
The map is a work in progress. It will likely change as further information is updated for each county, as added.
If you see a "new" sign on a property, it will be several days before information is posted here. We often complete all property visits in counties before activating the lists for that county. Others are updated "as we go".
The auction office will generally not have details on properties before it is posted here by the field inspectors. They get their information from this same website.
Please be patient as we complete each counties property inspections.

Registration for auctions opens not more than 30 days prior to each auction date.

* You will be able to submit permanent bidder registration and deed information online. This will reduce check-in and check out time and errors in deeds.
* Your registration and deed info will be re-usable for all future auctions.
* You will be able to edit and cancel this information as needed in the future.
* Online registry will begin approximately July 10th.
* You'll be able to search by homes, waterfront and acreage parcels, as well as browse by county and all parcels as in the past.
