This is an older home which was moved to the present location in the last decade or so. It has been placed on a new basement/foundation, then an addition was added to increase floor space.
The well, septic, wiring, plumbing and other systems have been updated as well.
The home has been plumbed for hot water baseboard heat. However it is not clear if the property was winterized, and the boiler looks suspect.

This is a remote, 10 acre wooded parcel in SE Charlevoix County.
There are no public improved roads to this parcel, and it is unclear if there is any deeded or easement access to it.
There are oilfield roads that approach the southern boundary off public Hanson Road. We cannot be sure if these oilfield roads actually cross into the property or not without a survey.

This is a sharp, newer home in good overall condition, situated on 10 acres of open property. It has some Oak trim, but overall grubby and will need a good cleaning.

This is a modular home with an issue that needs some inspection.
The floors in the kitchen area have buckled from a moisture or humidity issue of some kind. The home is on a crawlspace, but there does not appear to be any foundation heaving that would identify that as the cause of the floor buckling.
It is a 3 BR, 2BA home with a wood burning fireplace. LP Gas forced air heat.
There is also some odor evident ... so don't open the fridge ;)

This is a large, older home in East Jordan. What it lacks in atmosphere, it makes up for in space and location !
Natural gas forced air heat. One block from Lake Charlevoix in a nice northern Michigan village. Municipal utilities. Appears to have had reasonable care over the years. A few missing plumbing fixtures (sinks), but quickly rehabbable.
